14 day Return Policy
Have you decided to change your mind? Nothing to worry about. You can return purchased products within 14 days of purchase. (Products must be fully intact, sealed, unused, and in perfect condition)

Within 14 days of purchase, you can return any unopened (sealed), unused item for a 100% refund. You can register your case in any of the two ways above.
Refunds can be received in the following ways:
Bank deposit refund: You will receive a bank deposit refund in your bank account. Due to banking processes and internal formalities, this might take a bit longer.
Most Bank Refund requests take up to 15 business days to process due to internal processing times. Your funds are safe!

Delivery Policy
1)kkcarbon Blaships orders in Kuwait by Company’s own delivery network and, from time to time, we will use 3rd party logistics partners.
2) Orders are delivered within 24 hours of placing order. We will try our best to deliver at the earliest possible time.
3) Once you have received the order, we will provide you the order invoice, and it will be a confirmation that you have received all items purchased in the order.
4) If you are not present at the specified delivery address, we can deliver the order to any person at the specified address and receiving the order will be a confirmation that you have received all items purchased in the order.
5) If we reach your address and fail to deliver the order, please contact our customer service department to arrange an alternative delivery time. We will not be responsible for any orders that are not delivered within a period of 30 days after the date of purchase.
